Anuradha Sarma Puzari started her literary career as a Journalist cum Columnist. She was working as a free lancer during her stay in Kolkata and contributed regularly in Assamese, English and Bangla news papers and magazines.She wrote her first novel ‘Hriday Ek Bigyapon’ in 1998 with an exceptional subject of Advertising works of Corporate world. Continuing her literary venture she has written 10 Novels, 8 Short Story collection,1 Travelogue and 7 books on Autobiographical essays and other topics till now. She has edited a number of Books also.Some of her works have been translated into some major Indian languages. She has conferred with several awards by various leading Literary bodies of Assam. She has attended many literary meets and discussions organized by Sahitya Academy, N.B.T. etc and attended the events like Joypore Literature Festivel,SAARC Festivel of Literature,European Union for Indian Media etc as resource person and penalist. She was invited by the U.S. Government in the year 2005 for the ‘United Nation’s International Visitor’s Leadership program’ and participated in discussions and seminars in many leading Universities and Media Houses of U.S.
At present she is working as Editor of the premiere Assamese weekly ‘Sadin’ and a leading Assamese literary magazine Satsori.
